- Machine Wash & Dry Friendly: DTF transfers are designed to withstand regular machine washing and drying without cracking or peeling. Use cold or warm water for washing and a low heat setting for drying to maintain the integrity of the transfer.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or any aggressive cleaning agents, as these can weaken the transfer's adhesion and fade the design.
- Protect Your Design: Avoid ironing directly over the transfer. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out or use a protective cloth over the design to prevent damage.

Application Instructions
Step 1 - Pre-Press Your Garment
Set your heat press to 275°F to 325°F (temperature may vary depending on your specific transfer and fabric type—refer to the instructions included with your order).
Lay your garment flat on the heat press platen and pre-press for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Step 2 - Position Your Transfer
Place your DTF transfer sheet on the garment with the design side down (the adhesive side should touch the fabric).
Ensure the sheet is aligned correctly and positioned where you want the design.
Step 3 - Press the Transfer
Cover the transfer with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet to protect it and ensure even heat distribution.
Apply heat at 30-40 psi pressure (medium pressure) for 8-10 seconds.
Step 4 - Cool Peel Process
Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling off the carrier sheet. This ensures proper adhesion and prevents smudging or lifting of the design.
Step 5 - Finish with a Post-Press
Once the carrier sheet is removed, perform a post-press for 5-10 seconds using parchment paper or a Teflon sheet. This step seals the design and improves durability.
Tips for best results
Test on a Sample: If you’re new to DTF transfers, test the process on a similar fabric before applying it to your final garment.
Fabric Considerations: DTF transfers work on a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and more. Avoid fabrics with waterproof coatings or heavy textures.
Pressure and Temperature: Ensure your heat press settings are accurate. Uneven pressure or incorrect temperature can result in poor adhesion.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Design Not Fully Adhering: Increase your press time or pressure slightly, and ensure the garment is free of moisture.

Faded Colours After Washing: Double-check care instructions (e.g., cold water wash, no bleach, low heat tumble dry).
